Refund policy
All goods must be returned within 7 days of receipt. Goods must be returned in the exact condition as received. All items are checked before sending ensuring excellent quality. Please note all refunds will be paid in full price of the product and not for the price of postage.
Goods must be returned full post paid, we cannot accept packages without this. We recommend recorded delivery as items can go missing.
NOTE for hygiene reasons we cannot exchange earrings.
